we already know our rank and our basic guild theology but how are we going be in game. I've been thinking and maybe we shouldnt be like those guilds who just instantaneously assimilate members into them and turn into rubbish because the problem is we are relatively hard core players like we will at least be online 2 days a week and we may have guild events and stuff going on and some of us may leave on holiday. but I'm just saying why dont we only invite people we befriend in GW2 to join our guild so we dont wind up with wasting our time inviting a bunch of useless members. Also any clue on how our guild bank system is going to work for the different ranks and how are our ranks going to affect our guild in PvP and WvWvW I personally would like to see all the high ranking members to become commanders and we all sort of break off in WvWvW in small bands and coordinate ourselves to give us greater advantage
----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also like the idea of maintaining a high ranking council of few like we are now in the blood council I see it as perfect now 12 people 12 hours of the day and the symbolism there anyway

We will invite others once ArenaNet does release, and we will help them to get better at Guild Wars 2. But I don't want to make people play, nor do you I want to force them to do anything they don't want to do. For now we'll stay small and then work our way up into the big numbers eventually. But a guild gets harder to manage when you get into the big numbers. So for now, think small.
